Since the early 2000s, when JC successfully developed our proprietary reinforced lapped-seam welding technology, we have been dedicated to creating distinctive inflatable products for collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate quality craftsmanship and innovative design. Except for a temporary pause in 2022 due to the global pandemic, JC has remained committed to producing high-quality reinforced inflatable products for the global market.
As global conditions stabilized in 2024 following the pandemic, we resumed full production and entered a new phase of improvement, placing greater emphasis on environmental responsibility, material quality, and manufacturing innovation. Creating a cleaner and healthier environment for both our production team and product users has become an important mission for JC.
Through the dedication of our team, we are proud to introduce several key improvements:
Premium Materials
To ensure long-lasting quality, JC sources higher-grade PVC films with longer-lasting plasticizer stability than typical market materials.
For TPU products, we select premium polyether-based TPU films with enhanced anti-yellowing performance, ensuring durability and color stability over time.
Improved Production Process
Our upgraded manufacturing process now includes a protective surface coating that helps prevent plasticizer migration in PVC materials while also enhancing TPU’s resistance to yellowing.
This innovation also minimizes direct contact between the film surface and skin, creating a more comfortable and reassuring experience for both workers and product users.
Cleaner Printing Technology
All product graphics are now produced using advanced UV printing technology. This greatly reduces solvent emissions during manufacturing and improves air quality in our facilities.
As a result, customers can enjoy our products without concerns about residual solvents.
Precision RF Welding
JC continues to use RF welding technology exclusively for product assembly. We do not rely on adhesives or heat-sealed welding methods.
With decades of expertise in RF welding, our team continues to refine and elevate our technology. Compared with our production methods before 2022, our manufacturing capability has advanced to a new level.
Enhanced Detail & Finishing
We have also improved printing consistency and surface texture compared with earlier ECO solvent printing and screen-printing processes.
In addition, trained technicians carefully hand-finish areas near welding lines to ensure the highest visual quality and craftsmanship.
Today, many manufacturers capable of producing reinforced inflatable products have been directly or indirectly influenced by the expertise of the JC team. We sincerely hope the industry will continue to innovate and bring more creative and beautiful inflatable products.
