Pre-Order Policy
SqueakClub / Jet Creations Inc. Pre-Order Policy
By placing a pre-order on SqueakClub.com or with Jet Creations Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before finalizing your purchase.
1. Definition of a Pre-Order A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released, not currently in production, or is otherwise out of stock. Pre-ordering secures your reservation for the product once it becomes available.
2. Payment and Reservation Full payment is required immediately at the time of checkout to secure your pre-order reservation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Because pre-order funds are often used to secure manufacturing materials and production slots, all pre-order sales are final.
-
Once payment is collected, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged due to a change of mind or due to production delays.
-
By placing the order, you acknowledge that you are willing to wait for the product regardless of eventual delivery capability.
4. Estimated Timelines and Delays Any release dates, production timelines, or estimated delivery dates provided at the time of purchase are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
-
Production Dates Subject to Change: Manufacturing processes can be unpredictable. Issues such as supply chain shortages, factory delays, or quality control revisions may extend production timelines significantly.
-
Delivery Dates Subject to Change: Once production is complete, shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events beyond our control.
By ordering, you accept that unexpected delays may occur and agree that delays do not constitute a valid reason for a refund request.
5. Shipping Procedures If your order contains both pre-order items and currently in-stock items, your entire order will be held until all pre-order items are ready to ship. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
6. Communication We will make every effort to keep you updated on the status of your pre-order. Updates regarding significant changes to production or shipping schedules will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Contact us anytime if you wish to make changes to order shipping.
7. Force Majeure Neither party shall be held liable or responsible to the other party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make payments to the other party hereunder), when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the affected party’s reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event").
Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: Acts of God, Civil and Political Unrest, Government Action, Health Crises, or Infrastructure and Labor Issues
Obligations During a Force Majeure Event If a party is prevented or delayed in the performance of its obligations due to a Force Majeure Event, that party shall:
-
Prompt Notification: Notify the other party in writing within 5 business days of the occurrence of the event. The notice must describe the nature of the Force Majeure Event and provide a reasonable estimate of the duration of the delay.
-
Duty to Mitigate: Use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the event, remove the cause of the delay (if feasible), and resume performance under this Agreement as soon as practicable.
Effect on Performance During the period that the Force Majeure Event prevents performance, the obligations of the affected party shall be suspended, and the time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of the delay caused by the event.
Termination Due to Extended Delay If a Force Majeure Event continues for a consecutive period of more than 60 days, either party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the other party, without penalty or further liability, except for obligations that accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event.
