Shipping Policy

1. Designated Carrier

  • Standard Shipping: To ensure the safety, speed, and accuracy of your delivery, we exclusively use FedEx as our primary logistics partner.

  • Exceptions (APO/FPO & Special Circumstances): For APO/FPO military addresses, or in rare instances where FedEx delivery is not feasible, we may arrange shipment via USPS or alternative carriers upon request.

    • Requirement: Customers with such specific needs must proactively contact our customer support team prior to placing an order to make arrangements.

    • Risk Assumption: By requesting or agreeing to use a carrier other than FedEx (e.g., USPS), you explicitly agree to assume all associated risks, including but not limited to shipping delays, package loss, damage, or lack of tracking updates. We are not liable for any issues or losses arising from these special shipping arrangements.

2. Contact Information Requirements To ensure successful delivery and facilitate Customs Clearance, please strictly adhere to the following requirements during checkout:

  • Valid Phone Number Required: You must provide a valid and reachable phone number. This number is essential for the carrier and customs officials to contact you regarding delivery coordination or clearance issues. We are not responsible for any delays, failed clearance, or returned packages caused by an invalid or unresponsive phone number.

  • Email Communication: By placing an order, you agree to allow us to contact you via email for necessary matters (e.g., confirming delivery details, requesting customs documentation). Please monitor your inbox to ensure you do not miss critical notifications.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Buyer Responsibility: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Clearance Process: Customs authorities or FedEx may contact you via the phone number or email provided to arrange payment of these fees.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay the customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, even abandon/destroy of product and package, and any penalty fees incurred. These amounts will be deducted from any applicable refund or Jet Creations Inc. reserve the rights to collect these charges.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

  • Physical Address: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete physical street address at checkout.

  • Special Addresses: As mentioned above, if your address is a P.O. Box or APO/FPO, you must contact us beforehand to arrange special shipping and acknowledge the associated risks.

5. Processing & Shipping Time

  • Pre-Order/Reservation Items: Please note that our products are sold on a pre-order basis. Shipping estimates are based on the availability date indicated on the product page. Once the items are in stock, we will prioritize your shipment via FedEx.

  • Signature Requirement: To ensure the security of your purchase, a signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders.
