We've received many messages from community members who missed a preorder and were disappointed to find that their favorite Jet collectibles were no longer available.
To give more friends an opportunity to participate while still maintaining reasonable production and delivery timelines, Jet team has carefully reviewed our production planning and is excited to introduce our new 2 Month + 3 Month Preorder Program.
How It Works
Phase 1 — First 2 Months
The first phase lasts for the first 2 months after a preorder opens.
Orders placed during this period will receive production priority. Our goal is to begin manufacturing early and complete production within approximately 1.5 to 2 months, allowing shipments to begin roughly 3.5 to 4 months after the preorder launches.
Phase 2 — Additional 3 Months
After Phase 1, the preorder will remain open for an additional 3 months so community members who missed Phase 1 can join.
Once the full 5-month preorder period has ended, JC will begin production of the remaining Phase 2 orders. These orders are expected to ship approximately 2.5 to 3 months after the preorder closes.
Why We’re Introducing This Program
This program is made possible through Jet growing production experience, improved workflow management, and more efficient manufacturing processes.
Our goal is to continue honoring the commitments we’ve made to the community:
- Reasonable preorder windows
- Reliable production schedules
- Faster delivery whenever possible
- Reduced wait times for collectors
Most importantly, community members who participate during Phase 1 will enjoy the fastest delivery schedule.
Phase 1 Early Supporter Discount
As a thank-you to our early supporters, all orders placed during Phase 1 will receive a 5% discount.
Please note:
- The 5% discount will automatically end once Phase 1 concludes.
- After Phase 2 ends, the preorder will officially close.
- Future preorder reopenings are not guaranteed.
