Dear friends of the Squeakclub collector community,
We would like to share a brief clarification regarding some product photos that JC recently posted in the collector marketplace.
A few of the images were lightly enhanced or visually adjusted before being shared. After hearing feedback from members of the community that these photos felt less natural than expected, the JC team sincerely appreciates everyone who took the time to share their thoughts with us.
Out of respect for the collector community, we have decided that from now on all photos posted in the collector marketplace will be shown without editing or visual enhancement. We will present the products as they are, in their most authentic form.
For many years, JC’s primary markets have included online retail, wholesale distribution, store displays, and advertising. In those environments, product photos are typically expected to be processed, often to improve the background or remove factory surroundings. Because of this, our team has long been accustomed to preparing photos in that way before publishing them.
Recently, the JC team mistakenly assumed that the collector community might also prefer more polished images. Wanting to present the products in the best possible way, we adjusted some of the photos before sharing them.
We did not realize this might cause concern or confusion among collector friends, and for that we sincerely apologize.
JC has always valued the support, understanding, and friendship of the collector community. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you will continue sharing your thoughts and suggestions with us. Your input helps us learn and improve.
The JC team will continue working hard to serve the community and share our products with honesty and respect.
