Regarding Collector Community Affairs and Intellectual Property Matters
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the limitations posted on communication and coordination with designers, factories, and production teams made it challenged for Jet Creations to continue operating effectively in the collectible inflatable market, and thus Jet Creations suspended the activities in this market during the time. As the pandemic gradually subsided, Jet Creations returned to the market in 2024 with a renewed commitment to bringing innovative product designs and manufacturing technologies to collectors, designers, and friends throughout the community. Jet Creations sough to reconnect with the market Jet Creations has valued for many years by providing personalized services and maintaining direct communication with those been served.
Since returning to the market, Jet Creations has remained committed to investing in product development, technical advancement, and quality improvement. During this time, Jet Creations has also encountered criticism and questions through various channels, some of which, in our view, have not fully or accurately reflected the facts. Nevertheless, because we deeply value the harmony and long-term well-being of the Collector Community, we have generally chosen not to engage in public disputes. Instead, we have sought to exercise restraint and make every reasonable effort to prevent business disagreements, differing perspectives, or misunderstandings from escalating into broader conflicts within the community.
More recently, Jet Creations has also become aware of several matters concerning Jet Creations' intellectual property rights, business reputation, and related interests. After consulting with legal counsel, Jet Creations is addressing these matters through appropriate legal channels and procedures in accordance with applicable law.
In light of the recurring nature of such disputes, and following consultation with legal counsel, Jet Creations has decided to adopt a more structural approach to address these matters going forward.
With respect to matters involving intellectual property rights, business reputation, company interests, or other issues that may give rise to legal liability, as a general policy, Jet Creations and its management will refrain from engaging in public disputes or repeated negotiations with the individuals involved. Any decision regarding further legal action will be carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the relevant facts, available evidence, and advice of legal counsel.
If it is determined that legal action is necessary, the matter will be referred to legal counsel for appropriate legal remedies and procedures based on the relevant facts, available evidence, and applicable law.
This adjustment is not intended to create or escalate conflict. Rather, it is intended to allow Jet Creations to focus its time and resources to what we truly value: product development, technological innovation, quality improvement, and bringing collectors more creative, enjoyable, and worthwhile inflatable collectibles.
Jet Creations remains deeply committed to this Community and sincerely appreciate every friend who has shown understanding and support, as well as those who have engaged with us in a reasonable and respectful manner. We believe that, even when different views or opinions arise, matters can be addressed constructively through facts, mutual respect, and open and appropriate communications.
