Recently, we’ve noticed some discussions within the community regarding product quality, including concerns that our quality may have been reduced. We would like to take a moment to provide a brief and transparent clarification.
First, we remain fully committed to using environmentally friendly materials that are safer for human contact. These materials are specifically selected and developed to minimize potential risks during use. There is no intention or basis for products being harmful to users. Our goal has always been to continuously improve both safety and overall quality standards.
Regarding our printing, we use 100% UV printing technology, along with alcohol-based inks that contain no added chemical solvents. We also select ink systems that meet environmental and safety standards, helping reduce potential exposure to substances such as plasticizers and phthalates commonly found in traditional materials.
Our research and material knowledge are based on publicly available information (such as Google) as well as technical data provided by our suppliers. In addition, regulatory trends in China and global regulations continue to move toward more environmentally friendly and higher safety standards, and our practices are aligned with this direction.
