To help our customers better understand product sourcing and service coverage, Jet Creations (JC) groups products into two categories:
1️⃣ JC Original & Co-Developed Products
These are products designed by JC, created with our paid designers, or developed together with our partners.
- JC takes full responsibility for product quality and delivery timeline
- All items go through our internal quality control process
- We can provide direct shipping to customers
- After-sales service and support are handled directly by JC
In short: we take care of everything from production to delivery and service
2️⃣ OEM / Client-Designed Products
These are products manufactured based on designs or specifications provided by our clients.
- We produce strictly according to the client’s instructions and requirements
- The client is responsible for the design, product performance, and final use
- Finished products are delivered to the client or designated party
- JC does not arrange direct shipping to end customers for these orders
- After-sales service is managed by the client
In short: we support manufacturing, while the client manages the product and customer side
⚠️ Friendly Note on Quality Responsibility
For OEM projects:
If a client chooses to follow their own design or production method, especially when it differs from our recommendations. We will fully respect and follow those instructions during manufacturing.
However, in such cases, product performance and outcome will be the responsibility of the client, as they are based on the client’s specifications.
