Reservation: Customers can contact Jet Creations directly before the pre-order period ends to reserve their desired products. No payment needed. Payment Timeline: Jet Creations will share photos of the completed items. Customers then have 3 weeks to complete the product payment. Shipping: Jet Creations will inform customers in 3 weeks regarding shipment readiness on fully paid orders. Pricing: The price will be the Pre-Order Price + 8% (to cover overheads, inventory storage, and management costs). |

Reach an agreement with JC for installments. Pay deposit upfront; the remaining balance must be settled before the pre-order period ends. 5% OFF on all orders with 50% or more paid within 7 days of the initial pre-order launch date. OR 4% OFF on all orders with 50% or more paid within 8-14 days of the initial pre-order launch date. |
*Failure to settle the full payment before the pre-order period ends will result in the loss of all discounts; the regular pre-sale price will apply.

3. Manufacturer Responsibility and Buyer Protection
- Buyer Protection: Except Force Majeure, If Jet Creations is unable to have the product ready for shipment within 6 months of the pre-order closing date, customers are entitled to a full refund of the product payment.

Production & Shipping
- Products will typically be manufactured within 2–3 months, at which point a "Ready to Ship" notification will be issued.
- The orders will be shipped in 3 weeks, and in the order of order and shipping payments received.
- The entire order fulfillment is usually finished within 3 months.

Order and Payment
- An order is officially established ONLY after the full product payment has been received.
- Orders will only be dispatched once all shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT (where applicable) have been settled in full.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As payments are immediately allocated toward product development, production, and resource procurement, the following policies apply:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact information. Please notify Jet Creations Inc. promptly of any changes to ensure seamless communication and to protect your interests.
- Pre-order Custom Goods Cancellations: All products are considered Custom Goods. If an order is canceled within 6 months following the end of the pre-order period, any advance payments made are non-refundable due to the resources already committed to production.
- Payment Delinquency: Unless a separate payment plan has been pre-arranged, if the remaining balance is not paid within three months of the "Ready to Ship" notification, the order is considered Breach of Contract.
- Jet Creations Inc. is not responsible for maintaining or storing products if the customer does not settle shipping costs or cannot be contacted for 6 months following the "Ready to Ship" notice.
- Jet Creations Inc. reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change these terms and to make the final determination in the event of any dispute.
- Any legal dispute shall be handled by the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
