Fast & Reliable Production
Every successful preorder starts with careful planning.
Before opening a preorder, we complete product development, material selection, production planning, and manufacturing scheduling. This allows production to begin as soon as possible after the preorder closes.
Our Production Commitment
- Most preorder products are typically Ready to Ship in approximately 2 months, depending on the product and production schedule.
- All preorder products are officially committed to be completed and prepared for shipment within 6 months after the preorder closes, except in cases of force majeure.
- Every inflatable is fully inspected before shipment.
Our objective is always to complete production and deliver products as early as possible while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.

Our preorder process is simple and transparent:
Preorder → Production → Quality Inspection → Shipment
Whenever possible, we provide production updates so customers can follow the progress of their orders with confidence.
Collector Protection Policy
Jet Creations designs products for collectors who appreciate quality and exclusivity.
To help preserve the collectible value of each design, the same preorder product will generally not be offered for preorder again for at least two years after the preorder has closed.
This policy allows collectors to enjoy limited production releases while giving our design team the opportunity to focus on creating new products and future collections.
Our Promise
We stand behind every preorder.
If Jet Creations is unable to complete production and prepare a preorder product for shipment within 6 months after the preorder closes, for reasons other than force majeure, we will provide a 100% refund of the preorder payment.
