2. Clear & Transparent Preorder Policy
Jet Creations provides a market preorder (plus selected in-stock sales) → production → shipment one-stop service:
- Preorders are accepted directly from the market and buyers
- We understand buyers want their products as soon as possible; therefore, after preorder ends, production time is committed at approximately 2–3 months (Ready to Ship)
- Products are shipped after completion and inspection

⚠️ Important Notice
· We’d like to have buyers to respond promptly to shipment notifications
· Delays caused by lack of buyer response or delayed communication are not Jet Creations’ responsibility
3. Prepayment & Refund Protection
- After preorder ends, production is completed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 months (typically within 2 months)
- If Jet Creations cannot prepare the products for shipment within 6 months after preorder ends due to force majeure or other factors, 100% of the buyer’s paid amount will be refunded.
4. Legal Protection for Customers
- Jet Creations is a U.S. registered company, regulated by U.S. commercial laws
- If Jet Creations fails to comply with the above sales terms, buyers may file complaints with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or seek legal remedies
- Jet Creations reserves the right to modify these sales terms
- Jet Creations also reserves all legal rights against false, malicious, or harmful statements
