Since JC returned to the collector community, our goal has always been simple: to contribute positively to a community we genuinely care about through our products, quality, creativity, and innovation.
Along the way, there have been different opinions, discussions, and statements about JC, our founder, and our brand. At times, we believe some of these discussions may not have fully or accurately reflected our perspective or the underlying facts.
For a long time, we chose to remain quiet and patient. Not because these situations did not affect us, but because we never wanted to create conflict or see a community brought together by a shared passion become divided.
Behind JC is a team of ordinary people who work hard every day. We have employees, customers, R&D, and friends who depend on us. We also have a brand, technologies, and reputation built through decades of hard work that we have a responsibility to protect.
We respect different opinions and welcome reasonable, good-faith criticism. When disagreements or concerns arise, we believe they should be addressed responsibly, based on facts, and through appropriate channels when necessary.
We do not want to be anyone’s enemy.
We are not asking anyone to choose sides.
We simply ask to be treated fairly.
We encourage everyone to look at the facts, look at the products we have created, the commitments we have made, and the actions we have taken and then make your own judgment.
JC will continue doing what we have always tried to do: create great products, improve quality, develop new ideas, and serve our customers and community.
