SqueakClub/Jet Creations operates on a "Pre-order → Production → Shipping" model, meaning manufacturing begins only after the pre-order period ends. If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the system will wait until all products are available before shipping. If you wish to receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders or contact us.

We offer international shipping (excluding sanctioned countries). However, as an export manufacturer, we are unable to ship to addresses within mainland China. If you have multiple orders, please contact customer service to arrange combined shipping.

Unlike standard automated emails, Jet Creations primarily publishes real-time production and order status updates via our Telegram Community, social media channels, and official website.

Products are typically discontinued after the pre-order period ends. If you missed the window, please contact our team directly to check for any limited inventory released due to order cancellations or production overruns.
