Payment Options (including Split Payment Program)

At Jet Creations, we understand that our larger inflatables and custom projects can represent a significant investment. To make our products more accessible while allowing us to maintain our production quality, we offer several payment options, including full payment, down payments, and split-payment arrangements on eligible orders.

Our goal is to make the payment process simple, transparent, and convenient for our customers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on the order, Jet Creations may accept:

Credit and debit cards
PayPal
Other payment methods specifically approved by Jet Creations

Payment options may vary depending on the product, order type, order value, and customer location.

2. Full Payment

Customers may choose to pay the full order amount upfront.

For orders paid in full, Jet Creations will proceed with the order according to the applicable production and shipping schedule.

For preorder and custom products, payment in full does not necessarily mean immediate shipment. Production and delivery will follow the timeline stated for that specific product or project.

3. Down Payment & Split Payment

For selected products, particularly preorder, custom inflatables, inflatable suits, and larger projects, Jet Creations may offer a split-payment option.

A customer may be required to make an initial down payment to confirm the order.

The down payment allows Jet Creations to:

Confirm and reserve the customer's order
Purchase or reserve the required raw materials
Begin production planning
Secure production capacity for the project

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by Jet Creations.

Important

A split-payment option is not the same as receiving the product without payment. A down payment is required to confirm the order, and the remaining balance must be paid before the product can be shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Balance Payment

If an order is placed using a split-payment arrangement, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance by the agreed deadline.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The remaining balance must be paid before the product is released for shipment.

Jet Creations may delay shipment until the outstanding balance has been received and confirmed.

5. Payment Delays

For preorder or custom projects, significant payment delays may affect the production or shipping schedule.

If payment remains outstanding for an extended period, Jet Creations may contact the customer to discuss the status of the order and available options.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Because preorder and custom products may require Jet Creations to purchase materials and reserve production capacity specifically for the customer, cancellation and refund terms may not accepted

7. Shipping, Taxes and Duties

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice, the product price may not include shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or other import-related charges.

The customer is responsible for any charges that are specifically identified as the customer's responsibility at the time of purchase.

For U.S. orders, Jet Creations may offer products with shipping and/or applicable tariffs included when specifically stated on the product page.

8. Payment Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and verified by Jet Creations.

For bank transfers or other payment methods that require manual verification, the order may remain pending until the payment is confirmed.

9. Special Payment Arrangements

For certain customers, wholesale orders, repeat customers, large custom projects, or special circumstances, Jet Creations may offer a customized payment schedule.

Any special payment arrangement must be agreed upon in writing before it becomes effective.
