Created for serious inflatable collectors, dragon lovers, furry enthusiasts, conventions, photography and display, this premium edition combines Kaelix’s enormous fantasy-creature design with Jet Creations’ TPU material option.

At an incredible 150 inches long and 88 inches tall, Kaelix stretches over 12 feet from nose to tail. His towering standing pose, dimensional wings, expressive face, sculpted horns, powerful legs and signature open-mouth construction give him an unforgettable presence.

The TPU Edition takes the same giant Kaelix design and gives collectors an alternative material with greater tear resistance, lighter weight, improved flexibility and excellent cold-weather performance compared with conventional PVC.

JC Original Open-Mouth Construction, Industrial First Ever Innovation! Also Patent Pending Now!

Kaelix features Jet Creations’ latest Open-Mouth Dragon Construction.

Rather than relying only on printed artwork to create facial expression, the dragon’s head uses dimensional construction to form the large open jaws and expressive facial structure.

Individual teeth, tongue, muzzle, horns, eyes and facial contours work together to give Kaelix an expressive character from multiple viewing angles.

The same distinctive construction used on the current PVC Kaelix is retained for the TPU Premium Material Edition. 

JC Precision Lapped-Seam Welding

Kaelix is built using Jet Creations Precision Lapped-Seam Welding in key construction areas.

Compared with a basic pinched-seam approach, lapped-seam construction allows important panels and structural sections to be joined with additional consideration for alignment, appearance, and durability.

Because Kaelix features detailed printed artwork, careful attention is also given to artwork alignment during production.

Where visible white welding areas require finishing, they may be individually touched up with color-matching paint to help the seams blend more naturally with the surrounding artwork.

Every Kaelix is a large, individually manufactured inflatable collectible, so minor variations in printing, welding alignment, and hand finishing are normal.

Patent-Pending Leg-to-Body Construction

Standing inflatable creatures create a very different engineering challenge from simple inflatable balls, floats, or laying animals.

Kaelix incorporates Jet Creations’ Patent Pending Leg-to-Body Welding Attachment Construction, developed specifically for the connection between the large inflatable body and its supporting legs. This construction reflects Jet Creations’ continuing development of large standing inflatable creature designs.

Inner-Side Printing for Transparent TPU

For applicable transparent TPU designs, artwork can be printed on the inside surface of the material.

This means the printed artwork is protected behind the TPU surface rather than being directly exposed on the outside.

The result is a beautifully glossy appearance while helping protect the artwork from normal surface contact during handling and display.

This technique is especially impressive on Crystal Lagoon, where transparent TPU becomes an intentional part of the dragon’s visual design.
